How Can I Book a Room?

You can easily book via our website, by email, or by phone.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations for direct bookings on www.bbn10.nl are possible up to 8 days before the check-in date.

Is the Hotel Suitable for Children?

Thanks to the authentic character of the building, a stay with us is a true experience. Our guests come for peace and relaxation – something we are happy to provide. Therefore, we focus on an adult audience. Older children aged 12 and above are welcome.

Where is the Best Place to Park?

We are located in a pedestrian area where parking is unfortunately not possible.
Parking is available at Q-park Roercenter or Q-park Kazerneplein. Both parking garages have ample electric charging points.

Are Pets Allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed to stay in our Boutique Hotel.

Can I Check in in the Evening after Regular Check-In Hours?

This is possible via a code lock that will be sent to you.

If you wish to stay at N10, please book directly via our website instead of a booking platform. This guarantees you a better price for your overnight stay. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please email info@bbn10.nl or contact our team by phone at +31(0)618881496.

Cancellations for direct bookings on www.bbn10.nl are possible up to 8 days before the check-in date. Different cancellation policies may apply for cancellations made via other booking platforms.

Parking

We are located right in the center of Roermond. Therefore, you cannot park directly in front of the building.

Check-in from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Check-out until 11:00 AM
Persons aged 12 and above are welcome.
On Fridays and Saturdays, stays at our B&B Boutique hotel are only possible for a minimum of 2 nights (including holidays).
You can choose from various packages with us. Packages can only be booked from Wednesday to Saturday.
